to construct new and updated club infrastructure as follows: a) proprietary fixed cover structure/system with removable sides ( for Summer) to permanently cover 3 existing tennis courts for indoor play, ( Courts 1, 2 and 3 ) ( Existing Court Lighting removed on these courts) b) construction of 2 no. championship grade tennis courts and associated retaining walls, fencing and high grade tennis court lighting, c) I no. mini practice court, practice wall and associated walls/structures, lighting and fencing, d) New clubhouse, court viewing areas and associated canopies, e) Landscaping, footpaths, site and perimeter fencing and all associated works and associated site works. All the above is designed and proposed within the scope of the masterplan for the Bane Field ( by Clare County Council ) where the tennis Club is situated all at Bane Field , Newtown, Killaloe, Co. Clare
