(D) Erect a new 'swing type' pedestrian gate to replace existing damaged rear entrance to Summerhill House. Temporary works will include the erection of slit fencing and mats in the vicinity of the works to protect the integrity of the Lower Shannon SAC. The Planning Application will include an Appropriate Assessment Screening Report & Natura Impact Statement.
