Ref: 06/48; and (c) Provision of a new second floor level of circa 543 sq.m gross for plant/storage use associated with the existing use. This will increase the total gross floorspace of the building to circa 4,455 sq.m. There is no change proposed to the use permitted under Reg. Ref: 06/21048 (Ennis Town Council reference).
