A preliminary examination of the nature, size and location of the development has been carried out pursuant to Article 120(1) of the Planning & Development Regulations, 2001 (as amended) and it has been concluded that there is no real likilhood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed and accordingly, an Environmental Impact Assessment is not required.
