No significant direct, indirect or cumulative impacts on Natura 2000 sites have been identified. A Stage 2, Appropriate Assessment is not considered necessary. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development, and an EIA is not required
